Meg is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetic Science (honours). Meg moved to Melbourne in 2021 to immerse herself in the beautiful cuisines across Melbourne. She has suffered from IBS and food chemical intolerances for over 10 years. Meg knows that when you have IBS, sometimes it can feel like you’re suffering alone. She is here to help you through this process by providing evidenced-based nutrition support. When she is not helping those with IBS or writing recipes, you can find Meg exploring Melbourne, from farmer markets to walks along the Yarra. Meg also loves to visit her family and beautiful sausage dog in Queensland when she can.
