Meet our team

Justine Botros
APD, BHumanNutr, MDiet
Justine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist and FODMAP-trained Dietitian. She graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Human Nutrition with Distinction and Deakin University with a Masters of Dietetics. Justine has a background of working in hospitals. She has a strong focus on chronic conditions and assisting you to achieve your nutritional health goals whilst also enjoying food! Justine is regularly involved in educations and seminars, group sessions on healthy eating and positive changes in the community. Justine is working in the Gut Health and FODMAP space, as well as improving your overall health.
When she is not talking about food, health and nutrition, you can find Justine dining out with friends, going to beach, exercising, listening to music, making smoothies and cooking up meals for her beautiful family.

Kiarra Martindale
APD, BBiomedSc, MDiet
Kiarra is a nationally recognised Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Anthropometrist, Nutritionist and Gut Health and FODMAP-trained Dietitian. She graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Distinction and a Masters of Dietetics. Kiarra has a background working in hospitals, sports, Aged Care and Private Practice. She has a strong focus on helping those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) eat with confidence. Kiarra regularly presents and educates in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition, in particular Gut Health, FODMAPs and IBS (most recently as a Guest Lecturer at Deakin University).
When she is not talking about nutrition or meticulously creating recipes, you can find Kiarra at home in Melbourne with her beautiful family and dogs, going to the beach, eating, gardening, swimming and enjoying life.

Meg O'Connor
APD, BNutrDiet (Hons)
Meg is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetic Science (honours). Meg moved to Melbourne in 2021 to immerse herself in the beautiful cuisines across Melbourne. She has suffered from IBS and food chemical intolerances for over 10 years. Meg knows that when you have IBS, sometimes it can feel like you’re suffering alone. She is here to help you through this process by providing evidenced-based nutrition support. Meg regularly writes low FODMAP, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Vegetarian recipes. She loves to cook and finds this relaxing after a busy day.
When she is not helping those with IBS or writing recipes, you can find Meg exploring Melbourne, from farmer markets to walks along the Yarra. Meg also loves to visit her family and beautiful sausage dog in Queensland when she can.
