Nutrition & Dietetic Appointments
Our Dietitians have current Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status and will work with you 1-on-1 using individualised dietary strategies to help you improve nutrition. We have a focus on digestive conditions and aim to help you control gut symptoms, feel well and healthy.
Consults
We specialise in working with you and your requirements, looking at your medical histroy, your goals and overall health. Our Dietitians focus on a personalised way, following our indivudalised and evidence-based approach.
Dietary Requirements
We nutritionally assess specific dietary requirements, including nutritional deficiencies, food intolerances and vegan and vegetarian diets. These approaces many need extra planning and support to make sure you are getting all the important nutrients from your food. We have vast experience in this space.
Education & Seminars
Our Dietitians regularly present and educate in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition, in particular Gut Health, FODMAPs and IBS (most recently as a Guest Lecturer at Deakin University). We are involved in many seminars on nutrition, healthy eating, Diabetes and all things nutrition.

The low FODMAP diet is evidenced to help up to 85% of people find relief from IBS-type symptoms. Our Dietitians are FODMAP-trained and ready to help.
We are also able to help with other dietary triggers and identify a need for non-dietary assistance as well.
FODMAPs
Fermentable Oligosaccharides Disaccharides Monosaccharides And Polyols. We have expertise in identifying intolerances to FODMAP sugars (fructose, lactose, sorbitol, mannitol, oligosaccharides - GOS and fructans). Our FODMAP-trained Dietitians may guide and support you through:
Phase 1 of the low FODMAP diet, where you swap high FODMAP foods for low FODMAP foods; Phase 2 - re-introduction/challenge phase to find your personal triggers

Our Dietitians include expert Gut Health, IBS & FODMAP Dietitians as well as Sports Dietitians.

- Medicare Rebates - bulk billing under Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) Care Plan. Please speak to your GP to check if you are eligible for dietitian sessions under a Care Plan. Contact us for further information.
